You can remove Asante Bot from your Slack workspace by visiting your Slack manage apps screen. Once there, click on the Asante Bot bot and go to the bot Settings page. At the bottom of the Settings page is a red remove app button. Click that to remove Asante Bot.
From our experience, people remove apps for various reasons, so we don’t auto-cancel your subscription if you remove the app.
If your app becomes inactive and we cannot reach you, we may cancel your account eventually. Therefore, the recommended best practice is to cancel your subscription directly within the Asante Bot app by navigating to Settings and accessing the Billing page.
