Who counts as an "active user"?

An active user is anyone added to a Slack channel that includes Asante Bot.

You don't pay for anyone on your Slack workspace who isn't in those channels — so you only pay for the people who actually benefit from recognition.

Do rewards cost extra?

No — Asante Bot never charges you for rewards.

You have complete control over what rewards exist and how many points they cost. Coffee runs, lunch deliveries, extra time off — design whatever fits your culture and budget.

What happens when the 30-day trial ends?

Nothing dramatic. You won't be charged — we don't ask for a credit card to start the trial.

If you don't upgrade, your workspace rolls into the Free forever plan. We'll send a couple of friendly reminders during the trial, and after it ends, recognition messages include a small note that the trial wrapped up.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from inside Slack at any time — there's no contract and no cancellation fee. You keep using the Free plan for as long as you like.
