Here is how you can do a basic setup for Feedback Day.
Inside Settings> Feedback Day, you can enable and disable Feedback Day.
Feedback Day is free; you can enable and disable it anytime.
Feedback Day Configuration
In the Feedback Day configuration, you can set up the following options:
- Customize Name: Get creative with the name—Feedback Spree, Feedback Day, or Let’s Share Appreciation are just a few ideas.
- Animated GIFs: Add GIFs to the messages from our bot. Some users love GIFs, others don’t, so we made this option customizable.
- Most Valuable Participant: Highlight the Most Valuable Participant in the recap message.
- Channel: Choose the channel where Feedback Day will be active.
