What teams ask before they turn it on
Is Asante reading our private Slack DMs?
No. AI Insights only classifies the recognition messages people post through Asante — not DMs, not unrelated channels.
How does the AI know what our company values are?
Run the Classify wizard once. It scans your public website and suggests company values and recognition categories. You edit, add, or replace them — then the AI tags every recognition based on the final taxonomy.
What happens if we change our values or categories?
Edit them in Classify, then hit "Analyze & reclassify". The AI re-tags historical recognitions in the background so dashboards reflect your latest taxonomy. Capped at 2 reclassify runs per month.
Can I export the data?
Yes. Feed Analysis has an "Export to Excel" button for any date range — ready to drop into your HRIS, a board deck, or a spreadsheet.
How is this different from a pulse survey?
Surveys ask people what they feel. AI Insights reads what they actually celebrate — and ties it back to the values you published. The two complement each other.
Can we filter the dashboards?
Yes. The organizational network map filters by value, category, and group. Value and category distributions update with the date range you pick.
