Celebration of Success
Every win counts — big launches, quiet rescues, the small daily kindnesses. Asante is built to make all of them visible.
About Asante
Asante Bot helps organizations move closer to their ideal team — by making recognition effortless inside the tool everyone already uses.
Asante means "thank you" in Swahili. We picked it because the best cultures are built on small thanks, said often.
Asante Bot makes that ritual frictionless: mention a teammate, drop your emoji, and the rest takes care of itself — for as long as your team works in Slack.
Why we built it
Managing appreciation manually is hard. Reminders fade, great work slips by, and the quietest teammates often go unseen. We built Asante Bot so your team can skip the hassle — and create the moments that actually compound into culture.
What we believe
The principles we hold to ourselves, and the ones we build for our customers.
Every win counts — big launches, quiet rescues, the small daily kindnesses. Asante is built to make all of them visible.
Distance fades when gratitude shows up where work already happens. Recognition strengthens the lines between teammates.
Real appreciation, in plain language. We build for cultures where everyone's contribution is seen — not just the loudest ones.
Every conversation with a customer becomes the next version of Asante. Feedback isn’t a survey — it’s the roadmap.
How we got here
A short history of the bot — and the principle behind it.
Marko and Dušan keep watching teammates ship great work in silence. They prototype a Slack bot that turns 🍕 into points.
The first teams install. The product earns its name — Asante means "thank you" in Swahili — and the principle sticks: small thanks, said often.
Birthdays, work anniversaries, rewards, leaderboards. The bot grows from a single emoji into a complete recognition workspace.
Asante starts mapping every recognition to your company values. Culture becomes measurable — without a single survey.
The team
Why does it take so much effort to say thanks at work? We started building until the answer was: it doesn’t.

Full-stack engineer. Spent a decade shipping product for distributed teams — and got tired of watching great work go unnoticed. Marko leads engineering at Asante and writes most of the code that makes the bot feel light.

Builder and product lead. Believes a healthy culture is engineered the same way good software is — through small, consistent acts. Dušan shapes the product direction and spends most of his week in conversation with the teams that use Asante daily.
