New feature alert: User groups are here
Asante Bot Team

User Groups in Asante Bot allow you to organise team members into distinct groups, making managing users easier and streamlining reward distribution. This helps ensure recognition efforts are more targeted, efficient, and aligned with your team’s structure.

You can check out and create User Groups inside the Asante Bot dashboard.

Once you’ve created a user group in Asante Bot, you can easily add team members. This allows you to segment your teams and assign rewards to each group, making recognition more organised, relevant, and impactful.

Within the Rewards screen, you’ll find specific settings that allow you to assign a reward to a particular User Group.

This ensures each reward is only visible and available to the intended team.
