By default, Asante Bot posts birthday and work anniversary celebrations at 10:00 AM in your workspace timezone. If mornings don't suit your team — or your team is spread across regions — you can pick the exact send time and timezone yourself.
Picking a custom send time and timezone is part of the paid plan, and it's included in the 30-day free trial. On the free plan, celebrations always go out at the default time.
How to change the send time
- Open the Asante Bot dashboard and go to Settings → Celebrations bot (Celebration Central).
- Find the Send time and Timezone fields in the Celebration Settings card.
- Pick the time of day and the timezone you want celebrations posted in.
- Click Save. The new schedule takes effect right away.
To go back to the default schedule, click Reset to default next to the timezone picker.
Good to know
- The timezone defaults to your workspace timezone (detected when Asante Bot was installed). You only need to change it if celebrations should follow a different region's clock.
- If you change the send time to a later hour on the same day after celebrations have already been posted, that day's celebrations may post once more at the new time. From the next day on, only the new time is used.
- If your subscription ends, your custom schedule is saved but paused — celebrations return to the default 10:00 AM until you upgrade again. Nothing needs to be reconfigured.
- The send time controls celebration posts only. Weekly and monthly recognition reports keep their own schedule.
