How Does Feedback Day Work?

Feedback Day is an added feature in the Asante Bot Bot for Slack. There are no extra charges for this feature, which you can enable or disable at any time.

Here’s how to set up Feedback Day:

1. Enable Feedback Day: Navigate to Settings > Feedback Day to activate it.
2. Configure Basic Settings: Set the name and choose the Slack channel where Feedback Day will occur.
3. Set Frequency & Day: Pick how often and on which day you’d like Feedback Day to appear.
4. Select Kickoff Time: Choose when you want Feedback Day to begin.
5. Customize Messages: Pick or update the message content whenever you like.
6. Set Reminders: Ensure everyone stays on track by setting reminders for participation.
7. Save: Don’t forget to save your settings to ensure everything’s ready!
